Mercedes-Benz Ninth Generation

Mercedes-Benz has announced the launch of the ninth generation of its iconic sedan and global favorite; the classy and sleek Mercedes-Benz E-class.

Mercedes-Benz E-class is equipped with a 3.5 liter V6 engine and it has been introduced in the top-of-line avant-garde styling. It impressively symbolizes the persistence of the success story which is unparalleled in the luxury class car segment. Mercedes-Benz E-class has over 10,000 customers in India thus making it one of the most popular luxury sedans in the country.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Wilfried Aulbur, MD and CEO of India commented, "The all-new E-Class is the perfect embodiment of the brand's core values that is rooted in timeless design, craftsmanship and innovation. This outstanding product- the ninth generation E-Class displays outstanding driving dynamics that represents our cumulative experience garnered over 123 years of automotive leadership." He added "We hope that the E-Class will take a sizeable marketshare in the luxury car segment in the Western region."

The car also sports a new tagline 'engineered around you'. It sports the highly acclaimed twin-headlamp face and distinctive bold lines that exhibit an individual, sophisticated and zealous character. Mercedes-Benz and its ninth-generation iconic sedan Mercedes E-class, has a host of technical innovations in Mumbai, although it was assembled at the German luxury carmaker's Pune plant. It will be available at the 45 showrooms across India. The luxury car segment is developing real fast and the company is targeting the developing hub. Mercedes–Benz E-class would be available for Rs 45,89,206 in Mumbai, Rs 46,94,062 in Chennai, Rs 47,02,499 in Kolkata, Rs 46,97,999 in Delhi and Rs 46,89,562 in Bangalore.
